PHOTOS: Pictures From a Seattle Ferry

I haven't posted any pictures in a while, and I've been saving this post. I took these pictures a summer ago, and every picture here was taken from the ferry. How I miss living in Seattle! Seattle is one of my very favorite places in the U.S.

I need way more time to take some new pictures.... I've just been so busy lately!

I lived in Seattle for a year. Have to say I don't miss it, not a single bit. I'm a sunshine girl, and I suffered terribly in the clouds and gloom!

Lovely pictures, however.

lol, Maria, you should live here! I'm *not* a sunshine girl, and I have to deal with it almost daily. Actually, these past few weeks have seen a lot of rain. I've been in heaven!

I love the glimpse into another life photos can give.

The Fisherman's Restaurant & Bar adds a real splash of colour to the grey office landscape.

Thanks, Vicki :) I prefer the Red Robin myself... if only because I love their cheeseburgers and bottomless fries (too bad my thighs don't).

Seattle did have GREAT food. I was in college though--and couldn't afford most of it! Oh, I'd love to have visited the fish market when I was working for corporate America. When I lived there...there was almost nothing I could afford to buy!!! I missed out!

Of course, you still have great fish where you are. So you didn't lose all when you moved.

True... but salmon is my very favorite, and that fish just doesn't naturally swim around here! My favorite fish (to eat) are the colder water ones in the NW.
